*You may return the product only below following reasons:

- wrong product received

- damaged product

- expired product received

In case you want to return the products due to wrong products you ordered OR suddenly change your mind,

we apologize but STRICTLY NO RETURN POLICY as we regards our products of high quality and value.

All products purchased from thedamdakorea can be returned within 10 days of UNUSED products only. 

Our policy lasts 10 days.

If 10 days have gone by since your purchased, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. 

If you receive a wrong product, please contact the customer center immediately.
